: : I found my gum red and swollen in the morning after I had used old tooth brush , The tooth is at left lower 3 , and its root exposures, and has a fossa which is always filled with food everytime when eating. Please tell me how to do? Thank You.

: You need to get to your dentist ,ASAP !!!!

I have mostly very good gums but on ONE MOLAR the
gum has pulled away from the tooth and food gets
trapped. Is this what you mean? No dentist has
told me I have gingivitis. One did say to tie a knot
in the dental tape and pull it through every night.
Very helpful. Worse thing you can do is to brush
a sore gum harshly. Be very gentle and take the
highest milligrams of COQ10 you can afford to take.
You can also buy a dental probe in the drugstore
and gently work it in there. The most "severe" treatment
of this is grafting where they take skin from your
abdomen or hip and attach it to close in the space.
I've heard this is very painful. Very.
