In Reply to: Sinus pain 3 days after dental work... posted by Melanie on November 06, 2000 at 22:10:17:

: Last Thursday I had two fillings replaced (#4 and #5)and a tooth prepped for a crown (#2, now have a temporary crown). Afterwards I felt fine, a little discomfort but it passed. Starting Sunday night, the teeth with the fillings were sore and that whole side of my face was uncomfortable. Now on Monday the sinus on that side hurts! I am able to control the pain with ibuprofen, but I was wondering if this is normal.

It sounds like you might need you bite adjusted having alot of work done on one side ,sometimes because you are numb it can throw the bite off,It will make your teeth very sore the longer you wait the sorer it will get ,dont wait to have the permenet crown cemented in call and have them see you and check your bite on the fillings and the temp.
