There are many dental schools that can take care of your relative but no matter where you go there will probably be a fee of some sort. Dental schools and local hospitals with a dental dept would gladly take care of your relative. If you have any problems locating a dentist in your area contact your local dental society or check out the website for the ada www.ada.org and they will be able to locate a dental clinic or a dental office to help your relative.
