I too just had a wisdom tooth extracted last week. On the third day after the procedure I developed horrible pain radiating to my ear and in my sinus's. Went back to the oral surgeon and he diagnosed me with dry socket. I am not sure about cheek pain because I really didnt experience that. But I will tell you that the pain is terrible and I think that you would know if you developed it. I am so aggravated because I followed every instruction from my dr. and I still developed it. Good luck!
: how do i know if i have dry sockets, from a wisdom tooth extraction. the most pain i feel is in my cheek. Is it normal to have incitions in my cheek. Just wondering.
