You know, you might not like this answer, but it might just be better if you just get those teeth extracted and have implants put in. Once those nasty teeth are gone, the nerve can't possibly hurt you anymore.

However, it wouldn't hurt to have your situation looked at by an oral surgeon than your own. These days, you can't trust any dentist. Seems like they are giving away DDS's in dental schools these days.

but my advice is still the same. Get them extracted and have implants put in. Implants look just like the real thing, you won't even miss your natural teeth.
