I have taken 2 courses of Keflex and am now on my 2nd course of Clindamycin. My dentist took another x ray and said the root canal looks perfect. What could be the problem with this tooth? I never had a problem with it until it was drilled down for the bridge. I am so upset that I sacrificed a perfectly good tooth for this bridge. Please help!

See another dentist, a tooth that has had a root canal done in it shouldn't have any kind of hot and cold sensitivity. Throbbing pain is a sign of an infection. BUT if it was only crowned with NO ROOT Canal procedure done you can still have hot and cold sensitivity, especially if you still have on your temporary crowns/bridge. Also, again if there was no root canal done, you may have to let the tooth "settle down" for about 2 months, if the pain is minor. You may be mis understood, the dentist may not have done root canal's on all the teeth he prepared for the bridge.
