: Gum line at two of my lower front teeth has receded quite a bit.

: Since I noticed - I have been paying them much more attention when brushing, and now my gums are bleeding less and less. Will the tissue be able to repair itself back to normal?

No your gum tissue will not repair itself back to normal. Once you have lost the gum tissue it will not grow back. You should see your dental hygienist, or dentist for a closer evaluation to determine the reason for the loss of tissue. Tissues that bleed are not healthy tissues. Also scrubbing the area harder could add to the dammage. See your dental professional, you may be a canidate for a tissue graft. That is where tissue from another area of your mouth is placed over the area that has receded.
good luck!
