I posted a msg. briefly a while back and got no response. I would like to ask andy oral surgeons/dentists out there if it possible to succesfully make a set of functional dentures on a person whose lower jaws is about 1/2" to short. I tried having the lower jaws advanced but the procedure was aborted due to blood loss. Any suggestions?
