I think this newest combination of meds is starting to work. I don't always feel like sleeping all day & it's easier to fall asleep at night. if I try to lay down on the couch I immediately start thinking of stuff I could/should be doing so I get back up. I've made arrangements with my kids teachers to help in their class once a week for at least half a day, if my hands are doing ok that day then i will stay the whole day. Best of all this past week when I had phone calls from my company's insurance case manager and vocational rehab person I didn't get upset at all! (before just thinking about having to talk with them would send me into an anxiety attack). Today I think I'm actually going to get the serger my mom gave me out of the box and try to learn how to use the darn thing.
has anyone else had difficulty getting their Dr to understand that they don't drink alcohol at all? It took about 3 tries to get my Dr to understand that, i finally had to say "look, I'm a MORMON". at which point the Dr said "oh, I guess that's not an issue then".
