I just got off Celexa. It takes more than two weeks to feel much better. I had terrible sleepiness and an inability to concentrate, symptoms which disappeared over time. However, I am now going through withdrawal symptoms which the manufacturer never told me about. I have dizziness, headaches, and even some nausea. Be aware that the symptoms that you have while you are on the medicine are not as bad as the ones you get after about 3 weeks of being off the stuff.

: I am in my 3rd day on Celexa, can not sleep. Two questions:
: 1) If you have taken Celexa or are taking it, how many days passes before you started feeling better.
: 2) The sleeping problem... did it go away aftwe a wile? and if so, how long?

: Please help me. I do not whant to be depress any more, but I want to sleep. Did the medicine took you out of the depression and feelings of worthlesness and loneliness????
