Deborah,
Stopping cold-turkey is NOT THE WAY TO GO! Please go back and start over! Talk to your doctor and TELL HIM what you want to do. Tell him that you want to be weened off of the drug. I don't know if you would have to go back to taking 20mgs again or not. If so, start at 20mgs for a month or so, go to 10mgs for a couple of months, then switch to 10mgs every other day.

This is what I've been doing to get off of another SSRI and it's been great! No withdrawl effect at all. Granted everyone is different, but I think that most people who have tried to come off of a SSRI will agree that this is the way to do it.

Good luck and hang in there!

Jen
