I too have been laid off from work now 3 weeks.I have no desire to do anything.Not house
work,laundry,shopping or anything.Just feel like "whats the use".I even have a membership
to a athletic club but go only once a week if that.Im a constant worrier and stress alot about
everything.Then turn to food and just feel worse.
Had a few valiums from a time ago thru friend but those are gone now .Those helped allot
and I seemed more motivated towards life in general and at home.But now dont know what to
do anymore.
Should I go to a doctor?What should I say? Im not crazy just deppressed.Hate not getting
any result and told to just get out more.I live in Alaska and its not like you can just
get up and go.Its freezing out and etc.Ive tried to find a way around going to doctor
but cant find any way to get valium any other way.Any suggestions?
