: Jody Hi Jody. I used Trazadone for a sleep aid along with my Paxil. Even 50mg would knock my socks off and I felt drugged next day. My daughter tried the Trazadone as only a mild anti-depressant with nothing else at 100mg. She had no results at all. So we both gave up, pretty surprised at how differently from each other we reacted.
