Hey, I took Zoloft for years. After a while I decdided that taking it at night was the best, because 4-5 hours post dose there was this weird hour where my world would just become messed up. Overly emotional sometimes--(made an ass out of myself) and then everything was ok like clockwork.
Drink the coffee. You'll be immune to it. Just remember when you stop taking zoloft, you won't have the coffee tolerance. Exercise is key, that's what all the reports say, one recent study said that a group of people who excercised 3 times a week 10min Warmup 30min jog 5min cooldown, were improved almost as much as zoloft! And the effects lasted longer! Hope it's true.
Zoloft helped me sleep. The problem was that it never stopped helping. I went from sleepless to wakeless! I didn't even realize it.
But don't stop taking it. Maybe it's the best thing for you.
