| St. Johns Wort instead of Paxil? St. Johns Wort instead of Paxil?

I've been taking 20mg of Paxil off and on for the past three years (anxiety and panic attacks). The main problem I have with Paxil is the lack of sleep. So to counteract the sleeplessness, I've also been prescribe 50mg of Trazodone. Well, I really don't like having to take one medication to offset the effects of another (plus the cost is quite expensive). What I'm hoping to do is take St. John's Wort instead of the prescriptions. Does anyone have suggestions, recommendations, success or failure with St Johns Wort for anxiety and panic attacks?
