What do you think, I mean specifically, makes it d\so hard for you to sleep at this point? Is it because of worrying (common in depression, right? I am a worrier often), or is it because of restlessness or because you are not tried, or is it because you are preoccupied with the sleep problems and want sleep so much that it won't come?
I want to try to help you, as I used to have trouble sleeping a lot, but i am not sure what kind of sleeplessness you have.
3 general things that have helped me a lot are:
- reading before turning off the light
- not worrying about sleep loss (it helped me to read about other people and how many nights they went without sleep and survived)
- PRAYING for sleep (it really does help)
