I have had problems at work in the past also..I was just lucky to have a very calm boss who told me to "go sleep on it" when I blew up at him. If you are bipolar, there is nothing you can do about it...counseling only works a little..you need to get on medication and see how much better you'll feel. I have more friends, and get along better with co-workers. I have 130 people that work for me and I used to have regular blow-ups when trying to manage them...now I am much calmer and more productive. I hope you will get the help you need. Keep me posted.
