Thanks, Bob, I appreciate your reply. As you can see I am still trying to figure things out when what I need to do is figure out how to help my bi-polar. I have appt. soon for evaluation but not soon enough. I'm just plain scared since it wasn't blowing up at others that was my problem, mine was all put in writing that reads like the worst piece of conniving and lying stuff than anyone could ever write or think. A real manic episode that I had no idea was a manic episode at all. My credibility is completely shot at work since he exposed the document to others, so no understanding there from them, just fear. This is a small town and I might have just lost my ability to ever work again though I am allowed by law to go back to the same job. I am petrified at the thought and I think they are too. Thanks for your reply.
