Did some research on line until I got exhausted. Been taking Flax Seed Oil, not feeling any effect for the depression. Heavy dose @ TBSP a day. So Now Im adding Cherry Cod Liver Oil (the DHA for attetion deceit ) DHA is essential for Brain, occular, and nervious system formation. I figure my childhood diet, Lousy back in the 70's LOL created these deficiencies .
Im hoping the DHA will improve my concentration, reduce hyperactivity feeling and work on the insomnia. Hey I need to be able to concentrate on the Bowl Games.... Always loved those... GO Kansas State, Oregon State, and Washington Huskies... wish me luck on the new additions Any one else tried them? Also upping Manganese, Tested very low on that SOlgar is the best Brand.
