It's been 11 days since I started taking the magnesium
in addition to the multi-vitamins. In general, I'm
feeling pretty darn good! It is possible to get Mg from
other sources like some foods and drinking water, and
have had to adjust my Mg supplement intake. I was
feeling rather manic-like and had to lower the amount.
I've never been diagnosed as manic, but perhaps am
latently so(?). The warning signs of Mg toxicity is
extreme excitability and/or diarrhea. I also find it
best not to take it in the evening, as it keeps me awake.
A friend tried Mg recently and the first thing he said
to me was "I don't think the Mg is working". Then he
goes on to say how happy he is feeling, recently! Go
figure that one out! Any questions, pls ask. I think
