Mark, it is critical that you research ALL drugs, operative procedures and resources using EVERY form of media available--there are charlatans, and there are philanthropists. I once seriously considered suicide a causa de morbid depression but took refuge in the knowledge that I would not only survive, but learn to look upon my trial as a learning experience, an opportunity to relate to others who are consumed by such desperation.
