I've rapidly tapered down (over a few days) to a little over 5 mg. So far it's not too bad. I've gotten to 5 mg buts it's been tough...something tells me it may be easier this time. I'll keep you posted. I've also heard that in addition to take dosages of prozac that taking benedril can help with the "brain shivers" and shocks. Thanks for the thoughful posts,
