: Some people try a trycyclic called anafranil. Another one that is used is Effexor.
Anafranil (Clomimpramine) was an absolute saviour to me when I went through an obsessive period (couldn't get a thought out of my head). It was added to the Remeron I was on. Worked well for me. Worth a try. (I had response within days.)
