Since becoming a diabetic three years ago everytime the colder months approach I get these small red almost crusty or scaley patches of skin all over my body. They are about the size of a dime, maybe not quite that big. Does anyone know what I should do? Please send any and all suggestions to me via email. I sincerely appreciate your help. I have tried switching to a different kind of bathsoap and using lotion. I am at my wits end. Thank you so much for your help.
