I went to that website and looked at the diet. It's the same diet that has been recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture for years. It ain't working here and it ain't going to work in the UK. On this diet people continue to get fatter, more people are developing Type II diabetes, and the ones that already have diabetes continue to suffer the complications associated with the disease. The one thing that this diet does do is insure that drug makers have a market for their products. Alan
