Just found out I have type 1 diabetis! Shakes me up! Had my gall bladder out due to severe case of pancreatitis. Guess the pancreas balked and quit producing????Am 68 no family history. Watching the diet and taking 12 units of long acting and 6 units of fast in AM Taking 2R at lunch asd 12N/4R at Supper. When I excercise in the AM darned if my blood sugar doesn't go up to 250 range????Write me folks! Need some goup therapy! Bill Bentley Galveston Tx
