I have the info that you are looking for but this cure is for only people that have typeI diabetes.
The info you are looking for can be found at www.med.ualberta.ca/research/groups/islet/costs.htr These trials have been very successful and they will be doing clinical trials soon in the U.S.
Currently they are located in Canada I hope this info helps
