Could anyone tell me what these symptoms could mean. Could it be hypoglycaemia? What other possible explanations are there?

I need to eat every couple of hours. I find it hard to understand how people can do things like miss breakfast or go for 4 hours without food. 3 hours would be my upper limit.

Hunger comes upon me suddenly, and it more often than not accompanied by shakiness. Just today, at lunchtime, it had been 2.5 hours since having two slices of toast, and I was feeling shaky, exhausted, anxious and felt as if I could easily faint if I didn't have some food very quickly.

After eating sugary foods, I feel tired and often fall asleep.

Anne
