I also have been having very bad leg cramps, but I am a type I diabetic, My Dr tested for Magnesium levels, and my readings were low, I have to take liquid Magnesium now, it so far isn't working. I had to increase my dosage. Next blood test will be on Nov 7th/00. Does, anyone else have Magnesium Deficiency?
