My sister is 27 years old. Very very sick with her diabeties. Often times her hearing goes and she's on the verge of passing out. She cannot even work a full day of work. He body can't handle it. For years she struggled with her sugars and still does. But the big problem now is that she cannot afford her supplied. I've tried everything. I've contract numersous doctors in our area who say that she does not qualify for any state funding. All of the insurance companies turn her down in a second. Her condition is preexisting and if you only see her doctor's file. Last week she ran out of strips to test her sugar. So she tought he might be having an high but didn't really know so she guesses she'll either take more insulin or she'll eat more. I wish I could do something to help her out but money is so tight.
