i have an enlarged heart & congestive heart failure but due to my mannny meds, i'm doing ok. recently went on insulin. anyhow, my doc tells me to drink a lot of water because my BUN is up. but i don't like water & drink a lot of diet iced tea, which she doesn't want me to do. why?
