I went on this diet last Fall and lost 15 pounds very fast. As soon as I started to eat "normal" again, the weight came back on. I got very sick! My blood pressure went high and my Calcium levels went VERY LOW! My Doctor told me that your body cannot lose more than 2 lbs. per week. I have followed his advice and I have lost over 20 lbs. on Weight Watchers. He told me it was the safest diet in the world. PLEASE be careful if you decide to go on this diet.
