I have already lost 56 lbs and 53 inches, but I needed something to reboost me to lose again, I count calories 1200 and 30 grams of fat and move as much and as often as I can. these are my stats
236 where I was
150 where I want to be and
181 where I am now
I was done to 168 but regained due to a illness in the family that resulted in death, but now I am back full force I hope this helps
