I'm a 10th-grade cross country athelete and am thin, 150 lbs, 5'11'. When I was in elementary school
I was a pretty chunky kid. I've been working all summer trying to build a six-pack, and, though
I've gained some visible muscle in my top two sets of abdominal muscles, I cannot rid myself of 'pudge'
on my stomach below that. What I'm wondering is could this be stretched skin from when I was
younger? It's more skin than I'm particularly comfortable with. And, is there
anyway to get rid of it except that of building huge abdominal muscles, which obviously is a difficult
thing to do, not to mention it would be perhaps odd looking.
