: : I was told that by taking these pills, it would decrease my appetite and help me to lose weight. Is this a true fact? Need more info. on this. Thanx!
: I tried this product (well at least one of them on the market) and it didn't work for me. I have also heard that you can just by apple vinegar (the liquid) and mix into juice or water and have the same effects as the pills. If I remember correctly it was one tablespoon 3X daily. I didn't see a difference in my appitite or weight after taking these pills. I completed the whole container and decided it was a waste of money. I'm not saying this won't work for you - it just didn't work for me!
I also bought a 30 day supply of Apple Cider Vinegar AN+. If I remember the add this woman lost 47 lbs. in 30 days all natrually! I wanted to try this and knowing weitht loss is different with each person, I just wanted to be able to lose even 1/2 this. We'll after using it for two weeks and walking on my tred mill for 30 to 60 min a day-guess what I've gained 2 lbs. I hope I can get my money back!!
