uncontrolable shaking

I have no idea where I should post this message, but it seemed like this might be the best strand of boards...

I shake horribly. I don't know why. Lately it's gotten REALLY bad. It's nothing to do with nutrition or diet, since I eat the normal amount, just as everyone else my age does.

Sometimes it gets so bad that when I'm drinking out of a glass of water, it ends up spilling all over me and the like.

It never bothered me, but everyone is telling me I need to go get checked out by a doc, and lately I'm starting to get a little scared... But on the humorous side, I think it really helps my typing skills at 85 words a minute :)

I don't have ANY other symptoms. No nausia, no shortness of breath, no dizziness, NOTHING. What could possibly be wrong?
