Ok here's where to start. First start by cutting down the amounts you eat. For instance, if you
snack every 2-3 hours, try snacking every 4-5 hours. Instead of having crackers or 'unhealthy' food
for a snack, grab an apple or a plate of veggies. When your stomach is grumbling that is the true
time to eat. When your stomach isn't grumbling, you really aren't hungry, it's a habit that your used to.
To lose weight also, cut back the portions that you eat. Let's say you are now having 2 helpings of pasta,
next time try 1 helping! I know how hard it is to want a cookie but you just have to tell yourself that
you don't need a cookie so grab a fruit.
