Go to any search engine and do a search on Atkins Diet (or Low-Carb diet). For every pro-Atkins site, you'll find at least another site that says the diet isn't all that great or, in many cases dangerous. Oddly enough, most of the pro-Atkins diet have atkinsfriends somewhere in the web address. While the anti sites include the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. I'm not promoting or condeming anything...just make sure you know ALL the facts before you do something.
