I think having excess weight is more unhealthy though. I just started taking ThermoSlim last week and have been losing weight great. I have been using chinese herbs for years. There are positives and negatives to all meds and supplements, but I believe taking things in moderation and according to the directions is best. You will find everyone has an opinion, get the facts and make your own decision and good luck.
