I pulled some info about Thermo Lift from the internet. I requested a 3 day sample pak to try. I started Tuesday (8-22-00). I will weight tomorrow and see if I accomplished anything. I am taking the Thermo Lift II - it does not contain MaHuang/Ephedra., Thermo Lift does. I am trying to decide if I am going to order a 30-day supply. Will keep you posted.
