I have been taken apple cider vinegar capsules and chitoslim for four days now. I take on ACV and 2 Chito before each meal.
So far i ahven't lost any weight and then all of a sudden i broke out in hives all over my body. I have never had hives before and am not aware of any allergies either...
Has this happened to anyone else ?
could it be from taking both pills at the same time ?
