hi..i am new to these boards and have found some great info. Please help me...i am looking for a diet program that can help me with my uncontrolled appetite. It seems like i am hungry 24/7 and if i'm not hungry, i still get out of control binges. Does anyone out there know of anything that can help me..either in the form of herbs/supplements or a diet program? Thanks for any help you can give me. =o)
