Hi, I'm about 5'7" and weigh about 165, I take kickboxing and was told I should look into a weight loss supplament to lose about 10 lbs. I was told about lipotropics, but the personal trainers said they don't work. What's good? I've heard Xenedrine is god but works too slowly, what about hydroxycut? How fast does taht work with excercise and without? same question for Xenedrine and Stacker 2 fat burner. Thanks.
