Does anyone know this?.....I have started walking last April, am now up to 2.5-5 miles per day, 6 days a week. Now, without changing a thing in my food intake, or diet whatsoever, how much weight should I be losing a month? I didn't start walking for the weight, just to help my "back view" !!. Anyway, I have noticed a few pounds have dropped over the time and I want to know what is normal.
