: : HI.... WE JUST BOUGHT THE STACKER 2 AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE SIDE EFFECTS ARE
: : THANK YOU LAUREN
: Hi I tried Stacker 2. I took 2 pills per day for 2 days. I felt terrible! I am sure that it may work for some people but I will not be using it again. It made me feel very light headed, tightness in chest, shortness in breath, dizzy, broke out almost immediately and I couldn't sleep at all. Of corse none of these side effects were noted on the bottle. I guess I should have done more research before I purchased 3 bottles. I know someone who used it for 3 months and loved it with no side effects, said it worked great. I could just be sensitive to it's ingredients but it scared me!! If you try it, use caution I would recommend to only take 1 pill and see how it effects you. Good luck, hope your experience is better than mine.

Lauren,
I received my bottles yesterday. I'm taking 3 per day (after each meal), so far I feel good, actually energized (probably the caffeine part of it)only if I take coffee (I'm a heavy coffee drinker) I feel a bit jittery, it also gives me a dry mouth, which makes me drink water, which I didn't before, the great thing for me thought is that it really stops my craving and hunger, today for example I went to McDonalds to get some happy meals for my kids, and I said to myself why not let me get a double cheese burger combo. Well..
half way through the hamburguer couldn't finish it, only ate about 6 fries and drank half the coke (never before I would have left even one french fry)plus these last two days in the office I didn't have that emergency craving for a snack around 3:30 pm. I'll see how much I lose after a week, hope it works (just started yesterday). I think Jessica's approach is a safe and smart one, try one (after a meal) and see how your body tolerates it, probably if you are not used to drinking lots of caffeine, I would imagine the effects are felt stronger. Good luck!
