Hi I'm Vanessa and I have a lot of fat on my inner thighs. I run everyday and I have a pretty balanced diet.
I also do about 100 crunches and have a pretty good six pack but I still have a bulge of fat. I'm not really
sure what to do anymore so if you have any suggestions please post them. Thank you
