I have noticed that there is 39g of sugar in each glass of juice I have been drinking and I drink 4-5 glasses a day. Besides, I get additional sugar contained in other products. I figured my daily sugar intake is around 250-300g. What is considered to be a normal sugar consumption? I am 35. Thanks.
