: I havent heard of any side effects., but I tried this product and it did absolutly nothing for me (atAll) I was expecting maybe diareah or something simular but nothing I think without actually testing what ever liquid is in this container I would guess its only water. Crystal... I too wanted to try this diet. I have the order form and the phone number... It says that it is 100% guarenteed, but you are saying that it did not work for you?
