I was curious if anyone else was doing this program. I am on day 5 and have lost 8 lbs. This is a liquid Protein shake plan and it is all you drink other than vegtable broth. Am surprised how hunger pangs are at a minimum now and have quite high energy. No I am not a dealer, and like me, others are buying very simular protein drinks at their local health food stores.
