How much did you loose with this diet? I have ordered but not received yet it has been over a month. How long did it take you to receive your order. After reading all the bad stuff, I'm not sure I even want to try this now. Could use some encouragement. Would appreciate your reply.

: I used AMP II and LIQUA THIN from E'OLA, and used 10 drops of each before meals. I put it in apple juice to kill the taste until I discovered gelcaps. Now I count the drops into the empty gelcap and take it with water. You can email me at 7nissen@3rivers.net
